I owe you an apology for not writing earlier, but it's difficult to type with a broken arm! Someone else would have typed it for me, but everyone is so busy at Autohaus since our showroom launch event, we just haven't had time!

Seriously, John and I were delighted with the way in which you dealt with the important launch of our brand new dealership - you know how fussy we are and how much we wanted a spectacular success for this evening - and that is just what you and your professional team provided.

As you know, we had over 500 people in the dealership, the vast majority of whom stayed for the whole evening. I have never experienced an atmosphere like it in a car dealership, and never seen people stay around for the whole evening in that way before. It is obvious that we impressed a lot of people that night, and truly gave them an evening to remember.

After the event, your professionalism did not stop, and we confirm that you have presented our sales team with some hard follow up work:

1.  Over 500 people attended the showroom event.

2.  113 local business owners attended.

3.  142 confirmed they were 'in the market' for a new car.

4.  104 requested a test drive.

5.  30 asked for finance quotes

6.  92 asked for PIX valuations.

7.  You supplied 136 MOT reminder labels.

Before deciding to use your company I thought long and hard, but having spoken to someone who had recently used you, we took the plunge. I need not have worried, you kept all your promises (something rare in itself), and the evening was successful beyond our wildest expectations. We therefore have no hesitation in recommending you to other car dealerships if they want a showroom full of people and a bucket load of prospects, I can't imagine a better way of getting them.
