I write to thank you for your Company’s promotion of the launch evenings held here on Thursday, 8th and Friday, 9th October. The response to the invitation design was overwhelming and resulted in excellent prospects.

Thursdays “Business to Business’ evening attracted some very high profile leads whom we are currently following up and as you know the showroom was full and people gave the presentation their total attention.

The Friday ‘Accord Launch” evening was nothing less than a stunning success. The showroom was packed to the brim and the various systems you had put in place, ensured that every customer had a fantastic problem-free evening. Overall the quality of sales leads taken from the card returns has been quite astonishing, with many customers actively in the market to buy.

During many years in the motor trade, I have never seen such a slick operation. Both yourself and your team have obviously been responsible for hundreds of dealer events, and the way in which your organisation handled the set-up, was indeed extremely professional.
